All liquidation items are carefully inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of liquidation inventory, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the item and packaging.

Refund Eligibility
Refunds or replacements may be issued only for:

  • Items damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect items sent
  • Items with major undisclosed defects

Non-Refundable

  • Buyer's remorse
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections
  • Normal wear on open-box or liquidation merchandise
  • Items purchased on clearance or marked final sale
